Do you actually have a link outreach framework, or just a list of tactics?

We've been arguing that link-building results come down to having a repeatable framework — prospecting, relevance, relationship tracking, technical delivery — rather than treating each campaign as its own isolated effort. Wondering how this community actually structures things.

    Discussion prompts:
    1. Do you run link building as an ongoing system, or as separate campaigns each time?
    2. What part of your framework (if you have one) took the longest to get right — prospecting, pitch structure, or tracking?
    3. How do you handle prospects who don't convert right away — do you have a system for revisiting them later?
    4. Has building a proper framework changed your results compared to ad hoc outreach?

Would love to hear how other people have structured their link building process — especially anyone managing multiple client campaigns at once.
