Are all-in-one marketing platforms worth the cost

Building an efficient tech stack has become one of the hardest parts of scaling a business. With so many platforms promising end-to-end automation, lead generation, and analytics, teams often get stuck deciding between an all-in-one enterprise ecosystem and a custom stack of specialized tools.
    • All-in-One vs. Best-of-Breed: Do you prefer using a single comprehensive CRM/marketing suite, or do you get better ROI by combining specialized tools?
    • Tool Fatigue & Unused Features: Have you ever had to audit or downsize your stack because of unused software licenses? What was the tipping point?
    • Integration Reality: How seamless are your current integrations in practice, or do manual workarounds still take up significant team time?
What’s your current setup looking like? Drop your insights or experiences below!

I think all-in-one platforms can be worth the cost when a team genuinely uses most of the features and values simpler integration. However, smaller businesses may get better ROI from a focused stack of specialised tools. Regularly reviewing usage, licence costs and integration issues seems essential to avoid paying for features nobody uses.
