Between AI tools, templates, and a flood of "resume experts" on every platform, it's hard to tell what's genuinely worth paying for versus what's a $300 Canva template with extra steps. I think a professional resume can be worth the money when it provides genuine industry insight and personalised feedback, rather than just better formatting. AI is useful, but human expertise can make a big difference in positioning achievements and tailoring a career story.
