We are thrilled to announce that Wikispaces has been acquired by TSL Education, makers of TES Connect, the world’s largest collection of free teaching resources. TSL is a group of outstanding people who share our commitment to serving teachers. A few things won’t change: our entire team in San Francisco will continue to work on the platform you know and love with a true commitment to serving teachers and students. One thing will change: we are now backed by TSL’s deep resources and huge education network. This means we get to build more ambitious, more revolutionary, and more delightful products for you more quickly than ever before. Rockstars of the Digital Cl***room Panel
We've been really fortunate to have a cadre of amazing guest bloggers lately, each an educator using Wikispaces in new and exciting ways. Each had such an amazing story to tell that we invited them to a Google Plus Hangout On Air last week to talk all things Digital Cl***room and how wikis have helped them achieve their goals with their students. Be sure to keep the conversation going with them on Twitter -- Garth Holman, Middle School Social Studies teacher from Ohio, Timothy King, Head of Computer Studies in Ontario, Canada, and Jessica Sullivan, Science Department Head in Caracas, Venezuela. Be sure to read Timothy's great blog recap of the event, and leave a comment or question for them!
If you missed the panel, be sure to watch it below, and stay tuned for our next Panel coming up in the Spring! If you have a great topic for discussion and interested in being on a panel around educational technology, email us at email@example.com
and we'd love to get you involved.
