Microsoft has developed a web appication framework and it has given chance to its progrmers to buid and dynamic web service ,web application and also website.it had also been marketed by the programmers .microsoft has released it becuse they need web application model to solve common complaints which are related to active sarver page and this is called ASP.NET

Is PHP better than ASP.net? What you prefer. I heard somewhere that ASP.net is used in administrator level but PHP is not. And I also heard that so much time "I prefer PHP/PHP is best for me/PHP rocks" etc etc........

PHP and ASP.NET both help in dynamic website database integration.

PHP is very popular and hosting for php is cheap

while asp.net is slightly costly

PHP is used from a long time now

but one thing microsoft and software professional boast abt asp.net its is security.

so PHP is better than for me.
