Consolidating sites for SEO

I have a number of websites and have been doing SEO work on them.It has become quite difficult for me to manage them all separately and since i plan to launch more also in future so I was thinking of consolidating the sites for SEO work.
What do you all on forum think about it.Let me know so that i can plan the strategy

I have already tried this and have no use. It is universal principle old is gold so Google and yahoo always gives importance to old sites It is better to increase content in old sites instead of making a new site which will have similar contents of other site may attract penalty from search engines

ok so it means I keep my old sites as they are and if I want to launch a new service then instead of a new site I should do it in my old one.

yes, 100% right, See yahoo has only one web site and has no network but it is the big company of the world :confused:
